Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date with receipt and tags attached. If you don't choose to exchange, the original form of payment will be returned (or you may choose a store credit). If you do not have the receipt you can exchange the item or you can choose to receive a store credit. The amount will be that of the current selling price.
Items without tags attached will not be accepted, nor will any item that shows any sign of wear (including any smells). Jewelry, intimates, sale items and custom orders are final sales and will not be returnable unless there is a quality issue which shall be determined by store.
If your item was shipped you have 10 days from the date of arrival (via tracking) if you need to return. Return shipping of the item is the customer's responsibility unless there was a quality issue. You will NOT receive a refund until your item has reached us and we can determine it was eligible to return. We highly suggest shipping via USPS priority mail as it is tracked and insured. The item ship date on the package must be before the 10 day period. If you choose to ship another way that is not trackable nor insured and your package gets lost in the mail we are not liable nor obligated to offer you a refund. Item must be sent inside a bag that will protect it from the elements (we suggest putting it in a zip lock or grocery bag and then mailing it in a poly mailer: we can send a poly mailer if needed but it doesn't give any additional time allowance). If you do not take these precautions and the item(s) arrive damaged we will not accept your return. If you choose to exchange the item (for a different size or entirely different item) we will offer free shipping of the new item.
The ONLY time there is an extended time frame for returns is during the holiday season. If you make a purchase in November or December which is a gift and so noted, the person you purchased the gift for has until January 31 to exchange the item. Make sure you keep the receipt in order to be credited the full price paid rather than the current selling price (as some items go on sale after the holiday).
