Returns & Refunds

As of 6/26/25, unworn items with no smells, stains, or signs of wear. with tags still attached can be exchanged or given a store credit within 14 days when accompanied with receipt order # (which is received by text or email, per customer choice). Without a receipt a return is at the discretion of the manager on duty. If an exchange or store credit is offered, it will reflect the last sale price of the item. Out of season items will not be accepted. 

Sale items, jewelry, custom made graphics, and personal care items are final sales. Shoes will not be accepted for return unless unworn.

If your order was shipped, you will need preapproval to return/exchange. Once approved you will be sent a return label and instructions on how to send product back. Once we receive the product the alternate size will be sent, or you will be issued a code to use online for your exchange.
